When I try to upgrade the Premium Plugin to 2.7.4, I get the following message:
Update Failed: Plugin update failed.
Now 2.7.5 is out, and I can still not upgrade. What is the correct process for resolving this issue?

Thanks for using our plugins.
Sometimes the update fails in the first time, this is due to caching URL, the temporary plugin URL is cached on your site, it’s expired and it fails, but it should work on the second time as will be updated during the failed attempt. So the correct process to resolve the issue is: If it fails on the first time, try again and should work.
Hope this helps.PremiumEric GreeneMay 15, 2020 @ 11:18 am
Thank you for the quick reply! Unfortunately, I tried many times over many days. What is the next step I should take?Moove AgencyMay 15, 2020 @ 11:23 am
Sorry to hear that.
You can fix the issue by following the steps below:
1. Try to deactivate your licence key on GDPR Cookie Compliance -> Licence manager
2. Remove the old premium add-on from your plugins
3. Activate the licence key again in GDPR Cookie Compliance -> Licence manager and the latest version will be installed and activated on your site.
Hope after this step, the update will work properly on your site.

Will this delete any of my configuration data for the plugin?Privacy Overview
