Hello, this plugin worked great at first, had it setup on a client site and everything was going good. I just got a call from the client saying no logs were showing. I checked the database and it looks like they stopped logging data on June 2nd. I am unaware of anything that changed on that date. In the settings we had previously had it set on, “All users (tracks everyone: website visitors and CMS users)”, as a test I just changed it to, “Only logged-in users” and it recorded activity while I was logged in as admin. I logged in as a subscriber only and then it did not record any data. Is there anything else I should check in WordPress, the server settings, etc?AuthorPostsViewing 1 post (of 1 total)
