I installed the premium version of the plugin on a multisite setup (3 sites). The settings are stuck for some reason. For example, I can’t change the setting to show to all users from just EU. When I change that setting and click Save, it reverts back immediately. I did have “Sync General Settings” enabled for a while, but tried turning it off thinking that could be the problem. Now that is stuck and won’t change. It’s pretty frustrating.
Do you have detailed instructions for setting up the plugin for multisite? I think that would be very helpful.
Thanks for your help!webdevmiraiJanuary 02, 2020 @ 4:19 pm
Hi, we are also experiencing this kind of issues on a multisite setup. It seems that the new plugin options table (gdpr_cc_options) messes it up: every settings save on admin creates new rows instead of updating the existing ones, so when you reload admin settings it gets the first saved options.
Tested it on a fresh WP multisite install, it’s definitely broken.PremiumGlenn GabeJanuary 02, 2020 @ 4:24 pm
OK, so I’m not alone. That’s good to hear. I thought I was losing my mind. 🙂 BTW, the screenshot didn’t come through for some reason. You might want to reupload if you can.PremiumGlenn GabeJanuary 02, 2020 @ 4:30 pm
OK, thanks. I see the screenshot. Hopefully it’s an easy fix!Moove AgencyJanuary 08, 2020 @ 8:07 am

We fixed the database issue, please update your plugins to the latest version.
Thanks for reporting the issue.PremiumGlenn GabeJanuary 08, 2020 @ 2:34 pm
Great, thank you. Everything seems to be working well from that standpoint now. Regarding instructions for multisite, do you have anything you can send along (or that’s been published) about how to set up and use the plugin for multisite setups?Moove AgencyJanuary 22, 2020 @ 7:39 am
Thanks for your comments. The plugin functionality is the same on multisite as in single sites, the premium version has some useful additional features to sync the settings across your multisite network. You can simply copy the settings from one site to another and you have the option to sync the settings (you made some changes on one site and will be applied to all of your sites). Please note, the scripts should be aligned for each site manually as these are excluded from sync. By this, you can use different tracking scripts on your multisite setup.
Hope this helps.AuthorPostsViewing 9 posts - 1 through 9 (of 9 total)
