I’ve installed my GTM tag in the third party section but it seems to fire before cookie accept.

Any idea of what im doing wrong?

    Hi gberg,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

Just checked your site so far, we can confirm the GTM tag is inserted because you have the third party scripts enabled by default. This means the third party scripts will be inserted without user consent.
This is your current settings for 3rd party cookies:
    Cookies Enabled Default

If you prefer to prevent GTM scripts injection without user consent use the settings below (turn off Default status):
    Disable 3rd Party Default

    Hope this helps.

    Hi!
Seems that there is a little confusion about the “default value”.
This means (for me) that the default value of the “check” should be “on”, but not the consent to load the cookies directly.

For me the workflow should be:
    – Third party cookies with “on” default value
    – Load the page with 0 cookies loaded (scripts prevented)
    – Appear the confirmation about the consent
    – The check shows as “on”
    – The user accept the default configuration of the website
    – Then load all the scripts that are going to use the cookies

    Don’t you?

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thanks for your feedback.

We think the current user experience is working well for many users so for now we don’t plan to do any updates to the plugin settings.
