Hi! I updated the plugin tot he latest version and all my settings have been reset. This is an issue but the bigger issue I see is that the Cookie Setting Screen is not working anymore. In the “Banner Settings” tab there is this information:
You can use the following shortcut to link the Cookie Settings Screen:
but the modal with the settings doesn’t open. Also, the other versions found in the “Help, Hooks, Filters & Shortcodes” don’t work.
Any ideas? Thanks!Moove AgencyApril 28, 2020 @ 6:35 am
Thanks for using our plugins.
The settings shouldn’t be reset on plugin update, hopefully you can save the settings again and the issue will be solved.
The “setting” button issue is related to SSL certificate / home_url or site_url issue in the database, as the http:// version is used, but the site is forced to work on https://
You can try the following steps in order to fix the pop-up issue on your site:
1. Navigate to GDPR Cookie Compliance -> Branding -> CDN Base URL and add your https domain:
https://www.example.com/Please update the example.com to your real domain, save the settings and purge the Autoptimize cache on your site.
2. If the solution above doesn’t solve the issue, you can add the following code snippet to your functions.php
add_action( 'gdpr_enqueue_lity_nojs', '__return_false' )
Hope this helps.AuthorPostsViewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total)
