    hi guys,

    Have recently installed on this multisite network. I have activated my license and also the premium addon is network activated. However, the cookie settings page displays behind content and does not respond.

    Thanks,
    Oliver.

    Hi Oliver,

    The Cookie Settings screen displays fine on our end:

    What kind of browser do you use and did you try to preview your site in an incognito browser window?

    Hi Oliver,

    We have checked the issue again and identified the reported issue. The problem is related to higher z-index values used for your different sections.
    In order to fix the theme conflicts, you can add the following code snippet to your functions.php

    add_action('moove_gdpr_inline_styles','gdpr_cookie_css_extension',10,3);
    function gdpr_cookie_css_extension( $styles, $primary, $secondary ) {
      ob_start();
      ?>
      .front-page-2,
      .hero-section,
      .front-page-3 .wrap,
      .front-page-5 .wrap {
        z-index: 9000;
      }
      <?php
      $styles .= ob_get_clean();
      return $styles;
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Hi, OK thanks very much. I have implemented this code but still have the same issue. I tested on Firefox, and Chrome on OSX and also Safari on iOS.

    Regards,
    Oliver.

    Hi Oliver,

    We just checked the site again, and we can’t see the CSS extension in your code.
    If you have caching plugins installed, please purge all the caches.
    Also, please ensure you’ve added the code snippet to your active theme’s function.php
    If the issue still persists, you can ask your developers to add the CSS rules directly to your theme’s stylesheet (/wp-content/themes/breakthrough-pro/style-front.css) but it would be enough to reduce the z-indez: 9999 to z-indez: 9000

    Hope this helps.

    Hi there,

    My mistake. I had added in the wrong theme. Now it’s working fine.

    Thanks very much,

    Oliver.
