    Hi there,

    Thank you for your plugin.

    I had a problem with consent expiry when is set to 0. I tested this option many times, but it does not work. I tried with some browser like Chrome, Firefox and Opera.

    Please can you help me for this problem.

    Thanks

    Hi drarjang,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    Could you please share your website front-end URL in order to run some tests in our end too?
    Please note, once you change the cookie expiration to 0, you change only the ‘moove_gdpr_popup’ cookie expiration. The cookies created by your third-party or advances scripts have their own expiration date and we can’t control these expirations.
    You can always check the cookie expiration in an incognito window, as the expiration change has an effect for the new cookies.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for your message.

    It is our website url : https://www.sophrologie-formation.fr

    I understand your explanation.

    In fact, what I want is: when someone refuses our cookies (third-party or advances scripts) today and they save these cookie settings, tomorrow when he returns to our website, he sees the cookie banner with the button accept.

    Is it possible ?

    Best regards

    Hi drarjang,

    Thanks for the details.

    Just checked your site, and the cookie expiration is set to “99999” days, please check your plugins settings and update the cookie expiration (the value is in days).

    The feature requested will be developed soon, so once you change your privacy settings you can force the cookie banner to be visible again (asking for user consent).

    Thanks

    Yes, I had set to 0 but after for testing I set to 9999 (max).

    Ok so this possibilty is not set before ? Because I need your plugin now and I need this option now.

    You know, we have 10 wesites and I want to buy your product for theses 10 websites. Do you have a good price for us (and with option above activated) ?

    Hi there,

    I wanted to buy your licence for a multisite (one domain principal and 6 domain attached). So Can I buy single Licence ?

    Best regards

    Hi drarjang,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    For a multisite setup, the single licence is enough. You just have to activate the licence key (GDPR Cookie Compliance -> Licence manager) on your main site, and after that, you can manually activate the plugin on the sub-sites where you would like to use it (Admin area -> Plugins).

    Hope this helps.

    Hi drarjang

    You can buy a single licence for the entire Multisite setup (one WordPress install = one licence).

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

    Today I buyed 5 licences but after my purchase, I was surprised to see an expiration date ! I have not seen it before my purchase ! It means after one year I should pay again for premium version ?

    Hi drarjang

    It is a standard practice in the industry to provide 12 months updates with a purchase of premium plugin.

    From our FAQs:

    Is it a one-off charge?

    The purchase is a one-off charge and includes one year of updates. If you’d like updates after the first year you’d need to renew the licence.

    What happens if I don’t renew my license?
    If you don’t want to renew your license after it expires, you can continue to use the version of the premium plugin that you have, for as long as you want, but you won’t be able to receive any further updates.

    How long does my license last for?
    Your license is valid for a year from the date you purchase it. For example, if you purchase your license on 26th April, 2019, you’ll get regular updates of the plugin until 25th April, 2020. To receive updates after that date, you’ll need to renew your licence.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

    I use the premium version with Full screen banner. The problem is that the popup pricipal and his setting are under Header of my site.

    Can you please find a solution for this ?

    I used this code in css :
    div#moove_gdpr_cookie_info_bar {
    z-index: 96000 !important;
    }

    But it works just for info bar and not for modal.

    Thanks
